Primary Humanities network - March 2020 meeting

A meeting with a difference!  Held virtually with the aid of Zoom software, rather than in situ as planned due to the coronavirus outbreak.  I debated whether to go ahead with our meeting, but several teachers were self-isolating and still keen to participate.  I have recorded the session and am more than happy to share this and the accompanying multimedia presentation with anyone that had reserved a place and was unable to attend.

Whilst reference was made to the latest developments relating to Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework (EIF), the foci for Term 4’s gathering were the last of the 3Is, namely ‘impact’, and the role and responsibilities of the Subject Leader.  It was hoped that the session would provide further ideas to support teachers with their continued whole school curriculum planning and development.
