Climate Change Education Conference: video and resources

The Climate Change Education Research Network (CCERN) free online conference took place on Tuesday 20 April 2021. Its programme related to all key stages and subject areas and was relevant to everyone who works with children and is interested in climate change education.
Another free online conference for teachers is being run on Monday 12 July 2021 from 1630 to 1800. Details can be found here;

Let's hear it from the youth is a compilation of clips from exclusive interviews conducted with youth climate activists, featuring Dr Mya-Rose “Birdgirl” Craig; Bea Harrison – Teach the Future; Iolo Jones – XR Youth, Our Air Our City; Olivia Sweeney, Black & Green Ambassador; and Isobel Russell – XR Youth Bristol & Climate Live. This short video provides a highly relevant and thought provoking introduction to the significance of climate change education and could be used in classrooms to stimulate discussion.
